Welcome to Interior Designs by Michelle!

For over 25 years, owner and designer Michelle Duckworth has been producing beautiful interiors and exteriors around the country. Her projects have included apartment complexes, shopping centers and office buildings. Her unique talents for knowing the market and selecting the perfect color and design allow her to produce customized environments that are always stunning. Her efforts to stay on top of the curve and remain cutting edge in both style and design are evident in each and every unique scene she sets. Both our clients and their own customers are awed by the transformations that Michelle creates to their communities.

In the last few years she has focused her business on the renovation and custom designs of the apartment communities. Her work engulfs several aspects of the renovations for each of her projects. The center of her business revolves around the interior design of the manager's and leasing offices, clubroom areas, business centers, and model units. For these interiors she selects the paints and all corresponding furniture, art, florals and accessory details. She is often also consulted on the exterior paint, and changes to architectural details, interior flooring, cabinetry, fireplace details, lighting fixtures, pool furniture, landscaping and property signage designs. As each project differs in the selections necessary, Michelle customizes each project upon the requests of her individual clients. She combines her knowledge of design and space planning with her awareness of the necessity of functionality along with her clients' visions to create amazing spaces.

On many of her new construction projects she begins her work from the floor plan up, working side by side with the architect to create the most attractive, functional and innovative plans around. During these new construction projects, Michelle makes the selections on everything from the architectural layouts to the building materials, onto the finish out and finally the finished product.
